The last time I dieted I cut what I eat in half…..that’s what I’m doing now but I need exercise help. I wanna dart doing something everyday but I AM overweight and have a messed up back at the moment…anyone know what’s good to do that’s low impact on your lower back? (And yes I know there isn’t anything that’s no impact and I know to fix my back I need to work out, but I’d rather not destroy it first)
